Privacy Policy
1.) Contractors are ABECA Media Inc. SA, Zurich (hereinafter referred to as "publisher") and listed in the Advertising Contract (hereinafter referred to as "advertiser").
2.) The advertiser assumes responsibility for all content in his display (image and text).
3.) The advertiser confirms the used pics and graphics in its display in possession of all copyrights
to be such material.
4.) The publishing house produces and publishes the agreed online ads within a reasonable time. It
usually takes place within 48 hours after the intrusion of the contract.
5.) The contract period is 1 year. Renewed for the same duration after without notice
the part of the advertiser. The notice period is 1 month before the expiry of the contract period and is valid via e-mail or letter.
6.) The publisher accepts no liability for damages arising from third party manupulation
(Servers, hosting, routing etc.)
7.) Invoicement: After conclusion of the contract payable:
a) per statement 10 days net
b) Credit Card
c) Cash 5% discount on the net amount
8.) Jurisdiction is Zurich
